Erica’s developing practice is focused on complex business litigation where she represents both individual and corporate clients. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management Economics and Psychology at University of California, Santa Cruz in 2017 and her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2022.
Erica’s legal background revolves around a specialization in business litigation and transactional matters, where she has honed her skills and excelled in providing strategic solutions to clients. While attending California Western, Erica worked at the school’s New Media Rights Clinic as a student fellow where she assisted creators, entrepreneurs, and internet users with projects requiring intellectual property, media, and privacy law expertise.
Erica is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. She is also an active member of the Japanese American Bar Association, San Diego Committee.
Having spent part of her childhood in Japan, Erica is fluent in Japanese and enjoys traveling back to Japan to visit her family. On her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants around and spending time outdoors at the beach or camping with friends and family.
